CONUS GEOGRAPHUS The cone shell species Conus geographus is also known as 'anbonia', due to it's initial discovery in the Gulf of Anbon , Indonesia . It is also listed as Nubecula geographus. It is one of 50 known species of piscivorous gastropod and has an attractive shell. It can grow up to 10 cm in length , making it a highly attractive but deadly collector's item. CG and BGL, June-95
